Silky Gems are handcrafted edible crystals inspired by traditional Kohakutou. They feature a thin, crunchy outer shell and a soft, jelly-like interior made from seaweed-based agar-agar and natural flavors.
Are your products vegan and gluten-free?
Yes! All of our Silky Gems are 100% vegan and gluten-free. We use agar-agar, a plant-based gelatin substitute derived from seaweed, to ensure our treats can be enjoyed by everyone.
How long do the gems stay fresh?
Our gems have a shelf life of approximately 3 to 4 months when stored in a cool, dry place. For the best experience, keep them out of direct sunlight and high humidity to maintain their signature crunch.
How long does shipping take?
Because each batch is handcrafted and requires a specific drying time to achieve the perfect texture, orders typically process within 3-5 business days. Shipping times vary by location but generally take 2-7 business days.
Do you offer returns or refunds?
Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an issue with your delivery, please contact our support team within 48 hours of receipt.
